⋙Rules:

           • All types of Designers & Products are allowed

           • the Sim will be M rated

           • your products DO NOT have to be themed!!!

 

∎ Pre-Event

• Once you are accepted you must advertise the Event in your Store with the provided Fair Subscriber

• After you get the "You are Accepted" Notecard please follow the instructions inside

• After you get accepted, please make sure to do your payment as soon as possible to assure your spot in the Fair

• Make sure to have a group slot free, since you’ll be invited to the Event Group.

• It is in your own responsibility to contact the staff if you missed information or group invites

• No refunds will be made after you got accepted and paid the fee - NO EXCEPTIONS

 

∎ Item

• At least one exclusive Item

• Every Product at the fair has to be original content*, this includes even non exclusive items

• the exclusive item must NOT be a retextured already existing item. (for example: If you make a mesh, the mesh has to be new, and not an old item with a new texture.)

• You are allowed to rezz older original Items in addition

• NO gacha machines allowed

• Pricing: Up to you

• Theme: None | does NOT have to be Arabian Night themed

• The Sim will be “a Desert in the Arabian Nights Theme” but that doesn’t apply to the items. It is just the Theme of the Sim!

• The exclusive Item can not be resold until the Event ends, after this feel free to place it wherever you want

• You may not violate the LL TOS and general copyright rules also including licensed brands, logos and character design. We do not tolerate any infringement and will return your objects to you right away if not completely disqualify you from the event without a refund      

 

∎ Set up

• Please keep the decorations inside of your assigned building (no rezzing in front of it)

• the exclusive items MUST be marked with the provided tag that will be send out in the Set up pack

• No exceeding the prim limit

• All scripts in decoration has to be deleted (Chairs, Lights, Tables)

• If you need a demo area, for houses/furniture, please contact us at least a week before the event starts

• Keep your scripts as low lag as possible only vendorscripts & landmarkgivers are allowed

⋙Original Content* means that in the progress of making no templates were used.

We carefully used the word "content", since not only mesh designers can participate. Everyone who is willing to release Items that will not be seen in any other store are welcome to participate.

 

➙For layercloth this means:

• No templates can be used

• fullperm skirt attachments (the mesh part between the legs) or cuffs can be used

• the texture has to be 100% original

• if you are unsure if you can use something, feel free to contact the staff

 

➙For Skins this means:

• the face has to be original

• for the main features of the face no templates can be used

• the body can be a edited template (Why we allow this? we think the face of a skin is what makes the skin)

 

➙For mesh this means:

• no templates can be used (not even semi exclusives)

• the exclusive can NOT be a slightly changed version of a former released Item

 

We do not wish to give the impression that we downgrade template or non original creators, we use them as well. Everyone has their value and success in whatever form they chose to create in SL. We simply wanted to launch a complete original content Fair, no shades thrown!

Packages 

 

⋙ In this section you can select your preferred spot. 
Due to the high request for more prims, we added another store package which includes more prims. 
Please note that all other packages than the Regular/Bronze ones are limited and after they are sold out you will be downgraded to the next available package. 
Don't worry, we will never upgrade you without asking. This means if you choose a Bronze package you will not end up being accepted for anything else than that.
Since we get for every Event a high request for the Gold spots, which means they are sold out quickly, we added a "choice" system. Which means if the Gold package is sold out, and your second "choice" is silver, we can then accept you as silver. If you second Choice would be Regular, you would then be accepted as regular. (Please keep in mind Silver spots are also Limited)

 

➙Sponsor Package:
Your benefits as a Sponsor are promotion on the Flyer which will be blogged by every Blogger & will be rezzed in every participating Store.
You will have a bigger building, directly located at the landingpoint with 250 Prims. Sponsors will also be featured on our website and will be listed at the top of the Teleport List

 

➙Gold Package:
The Gold Package is NOT equal to the Sponsor Packages. They include more prims than the Silver/Bronze Packages and are the closest to the landing area after the Sponsors. Therefore the Gold Store Packages are LIMITED and once they are sold out you will be automatically switched to a Silver/Bronze package.
The buildings will not or just be slightly bigger than the normal booth.

 

➙Silver Package: 
The Silver Package is NOT equal to the Gold Packages. They include more prims than the Bronze Package but can be located anywhere on the sim. They are exactly like the Bronze package, just with more prims.  Therefore the Silver Store Packages are LIMITED and once they are sold out you will be automatically switched to a Bronze package.

 

➙Bronze Package: 
The Bronze Package is a regular booth that can be located anywhere on the Sim.

• If they are full your inquiry will be automatically switched to the next available Package
• If that is the case you only have to pay for the package you receive
• There is no way to ONLY apply for the Sponsor/Gold/Silver package, before you send this form be sure that you are also okay with a regular booth
